Alanar is growing fruits in 8 different regions of Turkey on a land of 500 Ha. The orchards which have been planted since 2006 will reach an area of 7000 Ha, with new plantation, approximately 200 Ha during 2012-2013 season.
The orchards built at different altitudes in early, middle and late regions of Turkey enables the early growing and late growing fruits to be harvested.
The harvest for the first growing fruits starts in Adana, Mersin and Antalya regions and continues in the middle term in the orchard of 250 Ha located in Manisa-Salihli and the harvest for late growing fruits continues in Çanakkale, Bursa and Afyon which was planted on high altitude.
By increase in production of fruit trees, the total amount of fruits as cherry, apricot, pomegranate, Japanese plum, nectarine, apple and persimmon to be harvested from Alanar orchards will increase from 2500 tons to 10.000 tons till 2015.
Alanar has GLOBALGAP and ITU certificates in each orchards. All growing activities are organized by horticulture engineers and harvesting activities are carried out by professional teams.
